The shopping cart works in conjunction with Paypal behind the scenes, so weather you pay exclusively with your Paypal account or with a credit card all transactions are authorized through Paypal for your protection. All purse and jewelry orders are a flat shipping fee of $5.00 with FREE shipping on all orders $75 and over. As a bonus all orders $200 and over will receive an automatic 10% discount in addition to free shipping. What payments do you accept TOP
Primopurses.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Card payments, You can also use your Paypal account if you have one or pay by Money Order. If paying with a Money Order your payment must be received within 7 days to insure the item will be in stock, if payment is received after 7 days and the item is not in stock I will contact you and you can choose another item of equal or lesser value or get store credit.
How long do I have to return a purse or jewelry? TOP
I don't have a time limit on returning a purse as long as it is unused. I do not refund return shipping and please allow up to 7 days after I receive the return for a refund.
Sale items cannot be returned, all sales final.
If you find your purse or jewelry is defective within a reasonable amount of time after purchase please email me and we will work something out :)

Since PrimoPurses.com is in sunny CA then you will only be charged sales tax if you live in CA also.

No, only the Melie Bianco purses are designer original. Do you sell wholesale? TOP
Primo Purses is not a wholesale outlet due to the large quantities of products I would have to keep in stock, however due to customer requests I am offering a wholesale incentive for those interested. Any order over $200 will automatically receive a 10% discount, along with the free shipping and all sales are final. If you find you have a defective item I must be notified within 3 days of receiving order and the item must be in unused condition.. How long do I have to wait before I can enter the purse giveaway again after winning? TOP
